In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law & Public Health Regulations for Food Products

1. Health Exclusion for Opened Food Items

Important Health & Statutory Notice

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Executive Regulations of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, consumable food products (including honey jars) are exempt from general return rights once opened or unsealed, in strict accordance with public health and food hygiene standards.

2. Damaged or Defective Shipments

We guarantee the pristine arrival of our honey jars. If a bottle arrives damaged or cracked during transit, you are entitled to an immediate replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery, at no cost to you.

  • Replacement shipment is dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Refunds are credited directly to your original payment card via Moyasar.
