We ship across all cities and regions of Saudi Arabia using premium temperature-controlled delivery partners to preserve honey quality.

• Jeddah & Western Region: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
• Riyadh & All Other Saudi Cities: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
• Instant tracking number provided via SMS/WhatsApp upon dispatch.

2. Shipping & Delivery Pricing Structure

Delivery fees are automatically calculated dynamically based on your precise location relative to Jeddah City Center:

• Within Jeddah (<= 20 km from the City Center): FREE Delivery (0 SAR).
• Greater Jeddah Area (> 20 km): 20 to 30 SAR depending on the precise distance.
• Outside Jeddah / Rest of Kingdom: 15 to 20 SAR depending on location (e.g., Makkah and Taif are 15 SAR).

3. Address Accuracy & Courier Protocols

Customers must provide accurate address details and a reachable mobile/WhatsApp number. If a courier is unable to reach the recipient after 3 documented attempts, delivery will be rescheduled.
