By accessing Al-Badr Honey and completing any purchase, you acknowledge full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, in strict compliance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce.
We ensure accurate descriptions of our honey products and prices displayed in Saudi Riyals (inclusive of VAT). The store reserves the right to modify prices or promotional offers at any time without prior notice, while fulfilling confirmed orders at the price agreed upon at checkout.
All electronic payments (mada cards, Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard, and STC Pay) are processed directly and securely via our licensed payment gateway "Moyasar" under international security standards (PCI-DSS & SSL 256-bit). Completing checkout authorizes the transaction for the total order amount.
All orders are subject to our official Return Policy. Customers are entitled to sample and inspect the honey upon delivery in the presence of the courier and request a return on the spot if not satisfied. Once the shipment is accepted and delivered, no returns or refunds will be accepted to uphold public health safety and prevent fraudulent behavior, except for verified transit damage.
